NATURE IMMERSION AND WELLBEING
Our students spend, on average, three hours each day exploring, learning, and connecting with the natural world. Research consistently shows that children who spend significant time outdoors are happier, more focused, and less anxious. At Hypha, this daily immersion goes beyond wellbeing, it cultivates a deep understanding of and relationship with the living world. Over time, this connection fosters not only curiosity and calm, but also a lasting sense of responsibility and stewardship for the environment.
