Lots of smiles today as we petted our neighbours baby

Lots of smiles today as we petted our neighbour’s baby farm animals.🐏🐓 Together we helped to feed and take care of them. Just after we left, a baby goat was born and was named after one of our enthusiastic students that loved the farm experience. We also had lots of fun playing forest school team games. 🌳🌿We are very fortunate to have these experiences on our door step.

Continuing our wildlife theme, we began making bird feeders out of oranges but first we needed to squeeze the oranges to make tasty orange juice.🍊 Our drama activities included role playing inspired by the story, ‘The boy who Harnessed the Wind’. We later made kites and explored the power of the wind. ♻️🌱🌸
